Property Desktop

Property Desktop is a unique concept in Property Software.

It is a suite of linked modules giving commercial estate agents a complete range of software tools. The suite is fully customisable so you can "mix and match" the modules that you need. These modules include:


Corporate Address Book

CAB is a key part of our Property Desktop suite.

It is a sophisticated company-wide contact management system. It allows you to quickly look up companies or individuals either through a simple name search or via a very detailed set of search criteria. And you can create mail shots and mailing lists at the touch of a button.

The Contacts Database/Corporate Address Book is part of the Property Desktop. As a module it is directly related to the database containing enterprise wide information. The module provides a core set of company information, for example, Full Contact and Company details, listing 'Who do they know', Contact Types, Company Clasifications and Market Sectors, from which mail shots can be sent. At the same time it provides single company and contact details which can be incorporated into correspondence for sending emails, or simply used as an aid for making telephone calls.

Any generated mailshots can be exported to either Microsoft Word or Excel formats; and a corresponding wizard will generate mail merge documents.

HistoRRian

HistoRRian is our rent review and comparable's database module.

It allows you to store, monitor and analyse rent review and lease information. A complete history of the lease can be stored via our unique "Event Log" system, as well as detailed accommodation analyses for a wide range of property types.


Job Tracking

Job Tracking is our system designed to allow tracking and analysis of past, present and future work.

Reports can quickly be generated by individual, department or across the whole company showing the number and value of jobs at each stage of completion.

The system can also generate reports showing ranked performance by department, surveyor or client company over any date range.

For those concerned about security, the system can be configured to allow restricted access to job information - surveyors may only be allowed to see job details in their own department, for example.

Our flexible "Milestone" system allows every key stage of the project to be recorded, and by linking into our Invoicing system you can have a complete system for analysing your company's performance.

We also offer a Commissions module for those companies who pay their staff on a commission-based system. For companies who do Rating work, there are additional data screens allowing you to enter full appeal details, and the facility to generate your appeal documents

Invoicing

Invoicing Our invoicing module gives you a simple, no-nonsense way of generating fee accounts. Invoices can be split and allocated to individuals or to departments. The module includes a report designer so the invoice layout and design can be tailored to your exact requirements. Although this can be used as a standalone value, for maximum convenience this module can be integrated with our Job Tracking system for simple, one click drafting of invoices.

Retail Requirements

Retail Requirements allows you to input, search for and analyse requirements for retail space across the UK.

Whenever a new requirements list is received from a retained agent or retailer you can easily enter the details into our database and then search by a wide range of criteria including Town, Region, Retailer Type and Size requirements.

For statistical purposes you can also analyse requirements for any given date range by town or by region, and export the results to spreadsheet or create colour graphs.
