Both the full and free versions are certified as PISCES compliant, meaning they have been validated for import and export of property data in accordance with the industry-wide standard. So you can exchange property information with a wide range of other property software packages.

It assumes at least some basic knowledge of commercial property valuation, eg. capitalisation and discounted cashflow methods. Please note it is not suitable for valuing residential property.

Pricing

BOE Valuer is sold on an annual subscription basis, ie. you license the software for a year at a time. A user may install the software on their work machine and up to two other machines that they use, eg. a laptop and a home PC. A subscription entitles you to all updates available during the year, and telephone, email and remote support.

After a year, you can either choose to revert to using the free version or to renew your subscription for a further 12 months.

NB. Even if you choose to let your subscription lapse, you will still be able to view and use your existing files.
