Feature Matrix
BOE Valuer is available in two editions. A free evaluation edition (requires automatic re-registration every 90 days) and a full licensed edition.A full list of the features of the two editions is shown below. But in summary, the free version has the following limitations:
- Report printing and report exporting are disabled
- It can only value one property at a time, ie. there is no portfolio level functionality
- A property is limited to just 5 units or tenants - the full edition has been tested with up to 1000 units.
- CVL File Export is not available (But you can import CVL files.)

Pricing
BOE Valuer is sold on an annual subscription basis, ie. you license the software for a year at a time. A user may install the software on their work machine and up to two other machines that they use, eg. a laptop and a home PC. A subscription entitles you to all updates available during the year, and telephone, email and remote support.After a year, you can either choose to revert to using the free version or to renew your subscription for a further 12 months.
NB. Even if you choose to let your subscription lapse, you will still be able to view and use your existing files.
