BOE Valuer is available in two editions. A free evaluation edition (requires automatic re-registration every 90 days) and a full licensed edition.

A full list of the features of the two editions is shown below. But in summary, the free version has the following limitations:

  • Report printing and report exporting are disabled
  • It can only value one property at a time, ie. there is no portfolio level functionality
  • A property is limited to just 5 units or tenants - the full edition has been tested with up to 1000 units.
  • CVL File Export is not available (But you can import CVL files.)
